A special assembly on the theme ‘Save Wildlife – Save Life’ was organized by the students of Class VII A to mark the celebration of Wildlife Week. The assembly aimed to spread awareness about wildlife conservation and encourage students to protect nature.
The programme began by apprising the students about the importance of wildlife and ecological balance. The highlight of the assembly was a poetic skit titled ‘Voices of the Wild’, where students depicted nature’s elements like the Tree, Tiger, Deer, Bird, Elephant, and River, expressing the harms caused by deforestation, hunting, and pollution. A soulful song and a graceful dance emphasizing harmony between humans and nature further enhanced the theme. The programme concluded with a pledge to protect wildlife.
The School Vice Principal, Ms. Arvinder Kaur appreciated the students’ efforts and inspired all to become responsible guardians of the environment.
